I mostly post fan art, master studies of paintings, watercolor illustrations of cute buildings I encounter in person, and random vintage Filipiniana. TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

  • PAYMENT UPFRONT (half or full) through paypal invoices (international) or Gcash/Paymaya (local PH) only.

  • The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request that fall under the "will not draw" category, and for whatever other reasons.

  • All commissioned work will be drawn in the artist's own art style shown in the "rates" section of this carrd.

  • The client must send clear VISUAL references before the commission can be started.

  • Turnaround time can range from one week to one month depending on the complexity of the artwork and the workload of the artist. Rush jobs will be subject to fees.

  • The commissioned work is a digital good only so the artist is not expected to send the client a physical copy.

  • ALL FINISHED ARTWORK will be in png format at 300dpi resolution.

  • ALL FINISHED ARTWORK will have a small watermark at a corner with my artist name "figchn".

  • Commissions are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY, i.e. the client is not allowed to reprint or re-use the commissioned work for profit.

  • The artist reserves the rights over the final artwork and may post it on social media accounts and/or portfolio unless discussed with the client.

  • The artist does not consent to the commissioned artwork being attached to cryptographic tokens/NFTs.

  • Lastly, STRICTLY NO REFUNDS once I've started on the commission.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. Look through the rates page of this carrd to see sample works and prices.

  2. Once you have decided, fill out the Google form linked in the homepage and at the bottom of this page.

  3. Wait for an email confirming your order and finalizing order details and the amount to be payed.

  4. Pay the 50% sketch down payment or the whole amount.

  5. I will send an email confirming your payment.

  6. Wait for a watermarked sketch to be sent for approval. Up to three (3) revisions can be done during this stage.

  7. Once the sketch has been approved and the final payment has been sent, wait for the final artwork.

  8. Status of the commission can be seen through my Trello board you can access through the "Status" link on the homepage.

  9. Final artwork will be sent through email so the image would not be compressed. Minor revisions such as changing the color of the free flat background will be accommodated.

  • Mild NSFW (please ask)

Will not draw:

  • in another person's style

  • Extreme NSFW

  • Extremely detailed mecha

  • Hateful content

  • Additional fees may also apply for more complicated props and elements like detailed weapons, flowers, and vehicles.
